We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly at siyahistudio@gmail.com before placing an order.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase. Custom-made or made-to-order items may take longer to process, and the estimated dispatch time will be mentioned on the product page.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Other locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before placing the order. We may offer free shipping on select products or during promotional campaigns.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.
